If you are not supplied by NVS or Centaur, or it is not convenient for you to order from them, then we are happy to supply you directly.

This page is intended for the use of registered veterinary surgeries in the UK only. You can request to be invoiced for your goods but this will only be done if you provide a valid practice address, registered VAT number and a contact name in both the surgery and your accounts department, during the 'check-out' process.

Private customers must order through this ordering page.

Please remember that the HEALx and AVIx ranges are both suitable for all birds and mammals - the only difference is the label.

You will be charged at your agreed price - if no price has been agreed with us then this will be the standard veterinary price.

Delivery within the UK

Orders less than 1kg are usually sent by Royal Mail, 1st Class.

Parcels over 1kg are sent by Parcelforce or Fastway using a 48hr service (2 working days) unless you select the quicker delivery option (this is only availbale to the mainland UK and excludes the Scottish Highlands). You should receive your parcel within 4/5 working days of ordering. If you have not received it within 7 days, then please contact us so that we can trace the progress of your parcel with Parcelforce or Fastway.

Your items should reach you in good condition. If it does not or if you are not happy with your order, please contact us. We will give a full refund* on all items provided they are unopened and you have called us first for authorisation of the return.

*Carriage charges are not refundable unless the goods are faulty. Statutory rights are not affected.
